01

Define the audience

We start with product character, current sales channels and brand priorities. Beyond choosing a country, we identify a specific audience and channel to explore first.

  • Markets, audiences and occasions
  • Brand strengths and product information
  • What the first project should establish
02

Connect with Taiwan’s trade

Our contact points in Taiwan, including Xiaojiuya in Taipei, inform discussions about product introductions, Traditional Chinese materials, serving suggestions and potential tastings or events.

  • On-Trade and Off-Trade fit
  • Traditional Chinese product storytelling
  • Tastings, displays and launch concepts

03

Scope supply and execution

Review specifications, quantities, timing, storage and responsibilities. We define the practical work for the product and destination before agreeing who handles each stage.

  • Specifications and supply capacity
  • Transport, storage and documentation
  • Commercial terms and responsibilities
04

Explore Europe and collaborations

Europe and IP collaborations can form part of the discussion, depending on product fit, rights and distribution requirements. We define a feasible scope for each project.

  • Market selection
  • IP and brand collaborations
  • Ongoing product presentation

From a Taiwan market idea to a practical plan.

Alongside IP product collaborations, WAIN99 provides consulting for entry into Taiwan. We help brands and rights holders define audiences, product formats, local messaging and channels, then map out a phased route to market.

Taiwan market entry and IP development

Support can cover market and channel research, Traditional Chinese product and proposal materials, product-development and approval workflows, and preparation for meetings, exhibitions and venue introductions. We agree on the scope of decision materials and practical plans for each engagement.

  • Market, audience and channel assessment
  • Localization, product-development and approval schedule
  • Responsibilities and a phased market-entry plan

Organizing cross-border work with AI

Our AI consulting concept begins with workflow mapping and an adoption assessment. Potential areas include multilingual product information, sales-report preparation and internal process documentation. We assess expected value, implementation difficulty and data handling to identify a suitable first workflow.

  • Initial stage: individual scoping for workflow mapping and assessment
  • Next stage: a pilot and evaluation of one defined workflow
  • System integration and ongoing operations: assessed separately after requirements and delivery capacity are confirmed

Taiwan consulting scope, responsibilities, fees and timing are agreed for each project. Phased AI support is in preparation; it is not a fully automated operations service.

Questions before we begin

Can we enquire at the idea stage?

Yes. Tell us what is decided and what you would like to explore.

Can you help prepare product materials for Taiwan?

Yes, subject to discussion. We review product information, audience and use cases, then define the scope for Traditional Chinese messaging and trade materials.

Can you introduce local sales channels?

We assess whether an introduction is appropriate after reviewing the product, market and supply conditions. Meetings, listings, repeat business and sales volumes are not guaranteed.

Does an enquiry mean overseas sales can begin?

No. Market fit, licences, labelling, logistics, pricing, capacity and rights must be reviewed. Execution is considered only when conditions are met and relevant parties agree.
