WAIN99 / EVENTS

Where taste opens
a cultural conversation.

Tastings, learning sessions, pop-ups and collaboration showcases can bring people and products together. We welcome venues, organisers and creators who want to shape an event with a clear purpose and audience.

01

Learn, taste and discuss

Explore a product’s background and serving possibilities in a conversation, not just a presentation. Tastings and learning sessions can be developed with bartenders and retail teams.

  • Product introductions and comparative tastings
  • Cocktail or pairing ideas
  • Trade and team learning sessions
02

Bring a creative world into a venue

An IP collaboration may extend into displays or a themed menu. The format should connect venue, product and communications while following the rights holder’s creative direction.

  • Collaboration showcases
  • Venue-led themed concepts
  • Non-alcoholic drinks and merchandise where appropriate

03

A conversation across cultures

Provenance, serving customs and food can help make a new product approachable. We shape the discussion around the participants, language and cultural context of each event.

  • Provenance and cultural context
  • Language suited to participants
  • A format that uses the host’s strengths
04

Choose a feasible format

Start with the purpose: a new product, existing customers or trade education. We then discuss location, timing, attendance, product arrangements and responsibilities to define a workable plan.

  • Purpose, audience and scale
  • Venue and product arrangements
  • Roles, promotion and event flow

Questions before we begin

Can the event be small?

Yes. Purpose, location and product fit matter alongside attendance.

Do we need a confirmed venue?

An enquiry can begin before the venue is confirmed. We review preferred areas, dates and purpose, then define the conditions to assess; an event is not guaranteed.

Can you arrange products or performers?

We review the concept, market, rights, inventory and dates before agreeing the responsibilities WAIN99 may take on.

Can WAIN99 handle promotion and attendance?

Promotion and responsibilities can be discussed, with channels, frequency, fees and approvals agreed in advance. Attendance and sales outcomes are not guaranteed.

Let’s create the next occasion to connect.
