Bee Buzz honey wine

Fermenting Taiwanese honey and fruit.

Legend Brewery (傳奇酒業) was founded in 2017 in Hukou, Hsinchu County, Taiwan. It makes a wide range of drinks, from craft beer to mead, fruit wines, spirits and bottled cocktails, and also produces drinks under contract for other Taiwanese brands.

Its mead brand, Bee Buzz 微醺蜜月, is made by fermenting Taiwanese longan honey with natural yeast. The range includes flavours built on Taiwanese ingredients such as jasmine, roselle, hops and kumquat.

A mead made with honey peaches from Lalashan in Taoyuan was developed together with the local farmers’ association. Since 2020 the brewery has also exported to Japan and Singapore.
