Application expiration date:
Please pay within 7 days after ordering. If you cannot confirm payment within 7 days of your order, your order will be treated as canceled.

Product delivery time:
Regarding items in stock,It will be shipped on the day by ordering up to 11:00 AM on business days. In addition, on Saturday AM11: 00 -Sunday AM 11: 00, it will be the shortest in Monday.

Direct shipping from the sake brewery will be shipped within 5 days in principle.

About returned goods:
Due to the nature of the product of food, please note that we cannot respond to returned and exchanged for customer convenience in principle. Label defects are not eligible for replacement. We will replace it only in case of mistake in shipping and product damage. Returns and exchanges of defective products are accepted only within 7 days after the product arrives. The shipping cost for replacing defective products will be borne by the Company.
