Due to the nature of the product of food, please note that we cannot respond to returned and exchanged for customer convenience in principle. Label defects are not eligible for replacement. We will replace it only in case of mistake in shipping and product damage. Returns and exchanges of defective products are accepted only within 7 days after the product arrives. The shipping cost for replacing defective products will be borne by the Company.
