    WAIN99 is a brand distributor specializing in Japanese alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic drinks.     Mitsutake Shuzo, located in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, is a long-established brewery with a history of more than 300 years. For this project, Mitsutake Shuzo was commissioned by WAIN99 and, as part of the AkaTorii brand, is responsible for producing this collaboration release.

    WAIN99 is a beverage brand distributor specializing in Japanese alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic drinks. The company plans and develops IP collaboration products with anime, games, and VTubers, and handles export sales from Japan to Taiwan and other Asian markets.

    Mitsutake Shuzo, a long-established brewery in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, has been producing sake and spirits for over 300 years. In recent years, it has also expanded into the development of a wide range of products, including craft gin and liqueurs. For this project, Mitsutake Shuzo has been commissioned by WAIN99 and will be responsible for manufacturing this collaboration product as part of the AkaTorii brand.

    `AkaTorii is a Japan-born craft spirits brand produced by Mitsutake Shuzo. For this release, the flavor profile is designed around the theme of chocolate. By layering subtle chocolate notes with the aromatic complexity of botanicals, the product aims to deliver a gin that is ideal for dessert moments or a relaxed drink in the evening.

    The bottle label and premium presentation box feature an exclusive newly commissioned illustration by illustrator Sakura Hiyori. With soft colors and delicate brushwork, the artwork elegantly captures Pan Piano’s unique worldview and the refined atmosphere of AkaTorii gin.
