Meiri Shurui Co., Ltd. has released a special collaboration with the VTuber agency hololive, run by COVER Corporation —
It is a matcha pudding liqueur from Shirakami Fubuki, and it is now on sale.
Yoi Matcha Pudding is the signature dessert at the café where Shirakami Fubuki works.
It is the talk of Fubu Kingdom, among locals and travellers from afar alike, and one of the reasons people visit.
Sitting by the window with sunlight coming through the trees, enjoying a Yoi Matcha Pudding, is a happy moment.
Many people still come back to the Fubu Kingdom café just for it.
Now there is Yoi Matcha Pudding, the official liqueur of Fubu Kingdom.
Enjoy a special glass.
[How to enjoy it]
Yoi Matcha Pudding, Fubu Kingdom's official drink, is a rare matcha pudding liqueur.
Start by drinking it as it is, with nothing added, to enjoy its rich flavour and body. The light bitterness of matcha and the smooth sweetness of pudding come together as soon as you sip, with a deep, mellow aroma.
Our suggestion: mix it with milk.
Mix one part liqueur with 2–3 parts milk (1 : 2~3) for something close to a fine dessert.
You can also pour it over vanilla ice cream for a rich treat.
Other ideas: use it as a cocktail base, or add it to warm milk for a hot drink.
Try different ways and find the one you like.
