The memory of freshly pressed grapes, carried into grappa.

Distilleria De Negri is a grappa distillery founded in 1933 in Vittorio Veneto, in the Veneto region of north-eastern Italy. Rooted in the town, it has kept distilling from one generation to the next.

Distillation is done the traditional way, in batches, using only small copper stills. The distillery selects grape pomace in good condition and distils it while it is still fresh. According to the distillery, this is the best way to bring out the character of each raw material.

Graspa dei Amighi won Gold Best in Class at IWSC 2011. The Prosecco Hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, lie nearby, and the distillery also makes grappa from the pomace of Prosecco grapes. WAIN99 visited the distillery in September 2025.
