With no water added, the rice and fruit aromas are dense and the flavour is full. Serve well chilled in a small glass and sip slowly. Fun to compare side by side with Hokuto Goshoha.
How to enjoy it
- Chill to about 10°C and sip slowly from a small glass
- Being undiluted, it also works with a single ice cube — it softens as the ice melts
- With white-fish sashimi or carpaccio
