Refrigerated courier (up to 15 kg).
From November to March we may ship at ambient temperature depending on the weather. The shipping charge is the same either way.

Items in stock ordered by 11:00 on a business day are shipped the same day. Note: we are closed on Wednesdays, so orders placed between 11:00 Tuesday and 11:00 Wednesday ship on Thursday at the earliest.

Returns
Because these are food and drink products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Label imperfections are not grounds for exchange. We exchange goods only where the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged. Requests must reach us within 7 days of delivery; we pay the return shipping for defective goods.
