Refund policy

Because these are food and drink products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Minor imperfections in a label are not grounds for exchange.

We exchange goods only where the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged. Requests must reach us within 7 days of delivery. We pay the return shipping for defective goods.

Please contact us through our contact page before sending anything back. Goods returned without prior contact cannot be accepted.
