Shipping policy

Order validity
Please pay within 7 days of ordering. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order is cancelled.

Delivery time
Items in stock ordered by 11:00 on a business day are shipped the same day. We are closed on Sundays, so orders placed between 11:00 Saturday and 11:00 Sunday ship on Monday at the earliest.

Items shipped directly from a brewery are dispatched within 5 days as a rule.

Returns
Because these are food and drink products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Minor imperfections in a label are not grounds for exchange. We exchange goods only where the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged. Requests must reach us within 7 days of delivery. We pay the return shipping for defective goods.

Please contact us through our contact page before sending anything back. Goods returned without prior contact cannot be accepted.
