Yukiyazuki began in 2021, when hololive's Yukihana Lamy teamed up with Meiri Shurui to make sake "from scratch with her own hands".The junmai daiginjo is Lamy's ideal light, dry sake, and it is good warm too. Bronze at IWC 2023. It would be a shame just to display it — open it, and the empty bottle still looks great on the shelf with its label.
How to enjoy it
- Chilled: shows off its light, dry crispness
- Gently warmed (about 40°C): Lamy made it to be good warm too — the rice umami blooms
- With grilled fish, hot pot or oden
