The original 2020 collaboration, born when Usada Pekora talked about Hyakunen Umeshu on her 2019 "Snack Usada" stream. Made with green plums, with a label by Ume Aoki. It is a different edition from the later Pekora Special. It would be a shame just to display it — open it, and the empty bottle still looks great on the shelf with its label.
How to enjoy it
- On the rocks: taste it as it is first
- With soda: 1 part umeshu to 2–3 parts soda
- With Calpis or orange juice: the way Pekora taught Ume Aoki
