Ingredients (2 snack portions)
150g mushrooms, 10g butter, 1 tsp soy sauce
Method
1. Slice the mushrooms.
2. Sauté in butter for 6–8 minutes until cooked.
3. Toss with soy sauce.

From a distillery fired up again after some 60 years, finished in mizunara. From Takazo Distillery, revived by Meiri Shurui after about 60 years. Aged in oak and sherry casks, then finished for 15 months in mizunara. Fruity sweetness with mizunara's spicy character. Non-chill filtered, 46% ABV.
