Hyakunen Umeshu made from fully ripe Shirakaga plums — softer acidity
Made the same way as Hyakunen Umeshu, but with fully ripened, yellow Shirakaga plums. A fuller, riper aroma and softer acidity, blended with Mito's Kasahara spring water and honkaku shochu. A good pick if you find umeshu too tart.
