Yukiyazuki began in 2021, when hololive's Yukihana Lamy teamed up with Meiri Shurui to make sake "from scratch with her own hands".The daiginjo is the series' original style, balancing sweetness and acidity; it won bronze at IWC 2022. It would be a shame just to display it — open it, and the empty bottle still looks great on the shelf with its label.
How to enjoy it
- Chill to about 10°C and serve in a wine glass — the aroma shows best
- With white-fish sashimi, carpaccio or soft cheese
- For celebratory toasts — the 1.8L bottle is made for gatherings
