Yukiyazuki began in 2021, when hololive's Yukihana Lamy teamed up with Meiri Shurui to make sake "from scratch with her own hands".A limited edition celebrating the silver medal and all three styles winning at IWC, refining the award-winning sparkling sake further. The label, by series illustrator Abaraheiki, shows Lamy in a pink dress on her way to the awards. It would be a shame just to display it — open it, and the empty bottle still looks great on the shelf with its label.
How to enjoy it
- Well chilled, in a flute — the bubbles come naturally from the yeast
- At 13% it is light for sake — perfect as the first toast
- After opening, reseal tightly and refrigerate; best finished before the bubbles fade
