A junmai daiginjo brewed by Fuji Takasago Shuzo with kson ONAIR. An expressive aroma and a crisp finish. Comes in a wooden box, ready to give. It would be a shame just to display it — open it, and the empty bottle still looks great on the shelf with its label.
How to enjoy it
- Chill to about 10°C and serve in a wine glass — the aroma shows best
- With white-fish sashimi, carpaccio or soft cheese
