Made in the shrine town of Ise. Green tea lingers on the finish, while yuzu and sansho keep it crisp. At 47% it holds up well in a G&T or with soda. A good souvenir from Ise, too.

How we drink it
- With tonic, 1:3. Ice first, a squeeze of lime or lemon, one gentle stir
- With soda, to let the botanicals show
- Martini. A little vermouth, stirred until properly cold
