It has been designated as Japan's first hundred-year-old plum wine brewery in the ``umeshu vat'', which is the most important sake brewer.
Bottled sake is fully present in the Japanese climate, has a fruity sweet taste, a Japanese herbaceous aroma, and hints at the future of a high-grade steaming factory.
