Shinagawa Water Distillery
A "seasoning" of aroma for your everyday soda.
This small canal-side distillery makes hydrosols, not alcohol: water that carries the aroma of plants. Just as you might finish a dish with a twist of yuzu peel, you can finish a drink with aroma — and bars and home drinkers use it for exactly that. KUROMOJI won bronze in the Alternative Drinks category at IWSC 2026.
