Once ordering opens, eligible products can be ordered through the official Buyee cart displayed on our website. Conditions vary by product, destination and delivery method.

Alcoholic drinks
You must be at least 20 and meet the legal purchasing age at your destination. Check the type, alcohol strength, volume and quantity, import permits and carrier requirements. A supported country does not mean every alcoholic drink can be shipped there.
Cola, merchandise and apparel
Non-alcoholic products may also be subject to import restrictions on food, materials or contents. Check product eligibility and destinations with Buyee.
Pre-orders and made-to-order items
Estimated dispatch dates appear on product pages. Dispatch from our store is not the overseas arrival date. Before ordering, confirm that Buyee accepts the pre-order and check warehouse storage periods and parcel-consolidation conditions.

International shipping and customs
Choose an international shipping method with Buyee and check the required postage, taxes and customs procedures. Buyee arranges the overseas shipment.
Costs in addition to the product price.
The following costs are payable by you, subject to Buyee’s current disclosures and terms and applicable law. Amounts vary by product, destination and selected services.
- Buyee proxy-shopping fees and selected service charges
- Domestic shipping in Japan and international shipping
- Import duties, alcohol excise duties, GST/VAT and other taxes
- Customs-clearance and tax-disbursement charges, where applicable
Our prices include Japanese consumption tax. International shipment through Buyee alone does not qualify for a consumption-tax exemption or refund from WAIN99.
Please provide any information, permits or documents required for import. Making taxes and import procedures the customer’s responsibility does not waive legal prohibitions or Buyee’s and the carrier’s acceptance requirements.
Alcohol: conditions by country and region
Import rules and acceptance of a specific product by Buyee and the carrier are separate matters. Below is guidance for selected destinations we have checked, not a worldwide list. Please confirm individual eligibility before ordering, including for destinations not listed.

Buyee alcohol shipping: prohibited destinations
Buyee’s official guide lists the following destinations as prohibited for alcohol shipping. This is a Buyee service restriction, not a claim that alcohol is prohibited by national law.
Argentina, Belarus, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, Guam, India, Italy, Philippines, Russia, Saudi Arabia, United States, France, Sweden
Conditional shipping: specified methods and strength limits
Austria / Finland
DHL only; up to 60% ABV. Confirm product acceptance before ordering.
Belgium / Germany / Luxembourg / Vietnam
Japan Post only; up to 24% ABV. Confirm product acceptance before ordering.
General conditions: Singapore / Malaysia
Once Buyee ordering opens, orders are accepted under the same general conditions as other eligible destinations. Import duties, taxes, required permits and import procedures are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping is subject to local laws and Buyee’s and the carrier’s handling conditions.
Other destinations
Absence from the prohibition list does not guarantee delivery. Check current import rules and Buyee acceptance for the specific product before ordering.
Our product and sales-channel restrictions
- Taiwan: all products are excluded from Buyee delivery. Please use 小九屋 or our Taiwan contact channel.
- Mainland China and Hong Kong: all 活俠傳 collaboration products are excluded.
- South Korea: Xiaomei plum wine and sets containing alcohol are excluded.
- The same restrictions apply to bundles and every relevant variant.
Buyee’s official guide states that alcoholic drinks above 24% ABV can be shipped only by DHL. Japan Post does not accept drinks above 24% ABV in international mail. Even at 24% ABV or below, destination rules and product-specific acceptance still apply.

When will a pre-order arrive?
The product page’s dispatch estimate refers to WAIN99 sending the goods within Japan. Warehouse handling, international transport and customs take additional time. When combining items with different dispatch dates, check storage limits and any extra charges.
What about cancellations, returns or damage?
Buyee generally does not accept cancellations after an order request or returns/exchanges for a change of mind. Contact Buyee promptly about incorrect items, damage or loss. Coverage and claim deadlines depend on the selected plan and current terms. This guide does not limit your statutory rights or responsibilities that WAIN99 must bear.
Who should I contact?
Contact WAIN99 about product contents and specifications. Contact Buyee about payment, international shipping, tracking, cancellation and compensation for Buyee orders.

Alcohol cannot be sold to anyone under 20. If your destination sets a higher legal purchasing age, you must meet that age as well.
