The official umeshu of "Snack Usada", a 2026 collaboration built around Usada Pekora's taste. It blends spirit aged over 18 years in Meiri's cellar — light and easy, yet with depth. 12% ABV, label by Ume Aoki. It would be a shame just to display it — open it, and the empty bottle still looks great on the shelf with its label.
How to enjoy it
- On the rocks: shows off the aged spirit
- With soda: at 12%, just a little soda makes it easy
